The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has determined Amazon acted illegally when it fired two employees last year in retaliation to their criticism of the company, the New York Times reported Monday, putting additional focus on the e-commerce giant’s handling of labor issues as it faces a union vote in Alabama.
