NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian announces her resignation as a corruption investigation continues over her relationship with a state legislator and possible corruption by him. She denied any wrongdoing, but says she had no choice to resign amidst the investigation. It comes at a critical time, as the state is finally reducing its Covid cases after months of an intense lockdown.
