Broadway Can Reopen May 19, Says Gov. Andrew Cuomo (Forbes Breaking News)

At his press briefing, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) said that all state capacity restrictions in New York City will no longer be in effect starting May 19th, which includes Broadway theaters.
