Yesterday, California AG Rob Bonta added 5 states to the California state-funded travel ban, which prevents any state funds from being spent on travel to those states, although it does not prevent any residents from traveling to and from these states. The new states added were Florida, Arkansas, Montana, North Dakota, and West Virginia.
