A personal story of tragedy and triumph growing up a twin in Compton, CA. Jennifer Beasley, better known as JayBee, gives us the tools to dig deep inside ourselves and fight our cancers, literally and figuratively. The 31 year-old survivor beat Hodgkin’s lymphoma twice and deals with heartbreak and acceptance as a Black female in America. There’s more to JayBee as she also pours out her talents to urge us all to keep a clean community and body, remember where we come from and that we should always be our best selves regardless of circumstance.
