Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) and John Kennedy (D-LA) debate an amendment proposed by Kennedy about fulfilling «special drawing rights» given by the IMF on Wednesday. The Amendment went on to fail after not receiving the 60 votes it needed to be included in the legislation.
