As “Da Lopez Brothers” (Andovi DaLopez & Jovial DaLopez), SkinnyIndonesian24 is arguably one of the pioneers to have popularised social media, particularly YouTube, in Indonesia. The brothers work as «partners in crime», and have created over 200 videos with millions of subscribers to their YouTube channel. Their tremendous success and popularity does not only reflect their achievements as entertainers, which is the personality their followers love and idolise, but also the example they have set in their commitment to addressing social issues. By blazing the trail as social media influencers using the «energy in art» for good, Jovial shares his experiences and the important decisions he chose to make that mark his commitment to sparking social change for the good of Indonesia. As the “DaLopez Brothers” (Andovi DaLopez & Jovial DaLopez), SkinnyIndonesian24 is arguably one of the pioneers that have popularised social media, particularly YouTube in Indonesia.
