Chinmayi is a 17 year old student studying neuroscience at Columbia University. She discusses how the complex theories of neuroscience can be broken down and attributed to the same aspects given in everyday board games. Chinmayi Balusu is a 17-year-old undergraduate sophomore at Columbia University pursuing a blend of neuroscience, life sciences, and medical humanities. She is the founder and CEO of an international non-profit organization named Simply Neuroscience which works to foster students’ interdisciplinary interests in the brain. Outside of neuroscience, Chinmayi is an award-winning student researcher, girls in STEM advocate, martial artist, mentor, and curious nature explorer.
