Gov. Kristi Noem (R-S.D.) gives an update on a lawsuit she filed against officials in the Biden administration Friday, claiming the National Park Service “reneged” on an agreement that South Dakota could hold a fireworks display at Mount Rushmore on July 4, as it did last year during a controversial appearance by President Trump.
