A New York woman alleged Monday Gov. Andrew Cuomo kissed her on the cheeks without her consent while visiting her home in 2017 to survey flood damage, becoming at least the eighth woman so far to come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against the governor as lawmakers and New York Attorney General Letitia James investigate the claims.
