In her speech this weekend to CPAC Texas 2021, Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) promoted her tenure as governor of the only state that didn’t shut down a single business due to COVID-19, and called out other GOP governors who claim they never shutdown businesses or imposed mask mandates when they did.
