Majority Of House GOP Signs Onto Amicus Brief Urging Supreme Court To Overturn NY Gun Law (Forbes Breaking News)

House Republicans, led by Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) announced an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to overturn a 110 year-old New York gun law that imposes limits on carrying weapons outside of the home. There is a case in front of the Court now that could overturn it.
