Mike Lee (R-UT) gives a speech on the Senate floor about the Passenger Services Act, a law which mandates cruise ships that are servicing two US ports must either fly the US flag or make a stop in another country, and says it is harming Americans. However, he speaks against a law proposed by Alaskan Senators to temporarily suspend this legislation because of «poison pills» in the bill.
