NASA released incredible footage of the landing sequence of its Perseverance rover from cameras on board the descent stage and the rover itself. NASA’s Perseverance rover landed in a location known as jezero crater. The crater was once a lake and river delta billions of years ago. Perseverance will search for signs of ancient life and collect samples of martian rock and soil.
