In the lecture Director of Polimoda and former Brand Manager for La Perla Danilo Venturi will focus on key values of Gen-Z such as belonging, inclusivity and authenticity: young people want brands to focus on what we all have in common instead of our differences, to eliminate discrimination in the workplace based on sexual orientation, race and religion, to focus on meaningful and durable products, to truly apply environmental-friendly practices and not to profit from overproduction. The lecturer will also overview the most relevant brands for Gen-Z and will try to dissect the transformed concept of Luxury. The lecture is co-organized with Polimoda, the Fashion Design and Business School in Florence.
