On Tuesday, New York State Attorney General Letitia James released a 168-page report on sexual harassment allegations against three-term Governor Andrew Cuomo, concluding that the Governor “engaged in conduct constituting sexual harassment under federal and New York State law,” that his behavior was not limited to his staff, and that the office culture in his office allowed harassment to “flourish and continue.” President Biden and a raft of Democratic luminaries have called for him to resign, but the Governor is defiant.
