Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) speaks about possible reorganization of the Capitol Police after it is clarified that only 8 counter-surveillance officers were at the Capitol Siege on January 6th during a House Administration Committee hearing entitled, «Oversight of the January 6th Attack: United States Capitol Police Threat Assessment and Counter-Surveillance Before and During the Attack.» This was due to officers being diverted to pipe bomb threats, although there were other police officers and Capitol Police on the scene.
