Oregon Fully Reopens And Ends Covid Restrictions, The Third-To-Last State To Do So (Forbes Breaking News)

Governor Kate Brown announced Oregon’s full reopening and the end of all mask and social distancing mandates, making the state the 48th to reopen, as only Hawaii and New Mexico now maintain restrictions, although New Mexico’s are set to expire tomorrow and Hawaii’s will also likely end soon.
