Pfizer and BioNTech announced Wednesday that their jointly-developed Covid-19 vaccine is 100% effective at preventing illness in teenagers aged 12 to 15, a major step towards expanding vaccine access as schools begin to return with most products on the market only being licensed for use in late teens and adults.
