Byron Donalds (R-FL) questions witnesses about a section of a Texas voting law that forces absentee ballot voters to put in their social security or drivers license number, which they would have added many years before, and if they use the wrong number accidentally the ballot can be thrown out during a House Oversight Committee hearing on Thursday entitled, «Democracy in Danger: The Assault on Voting Rights in Texas.»
