Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) urges Democrats to pass voting rights legislation after the Supreme Court’s 6-3 conservative majority upheld a voting law in Arizona, which had been overturned by a lower court, stating that someone who votes in the wrong precinct could have their entire ballot thrown out, rather than just the races they were not meant to vote in, even if they were eligible to vote in most of the races on the ballot.
