Rob Portman (R-Ohio) blasted President Joe Biden’s focus in the first few months of his presidency, saying while Biden promised bipartisanship, his agenda has been mainly partisan. He also criticized Biden’s infrastructure plan, saying such plans should include more bipartisanship.
