David Datuna made headlines in 2019 when he walked up to a $120,000 banana at Art Basel Miami and ate it as ‘performance art’. Now, the New York based artist is partnering with the Dole Sunshine Company to create a collection of non-fungible tokens, or NFT’s, to sell at auction with the proceeds going to various charities.
