During Monday’s House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) fired back at Rep. Zoe Lofgren’s (D-CA) criticism of a GOP-led amendment aimed at denying convicted non-citizen sex offenders of gaining permanent resident status, when she claimed that GOP immigration concerns were redundant with existing law and not a good use of time in marking up the budget bill.
