Jen Psaki responds to a question about a Chinese rocket, the Long March 5B, which is falling out of orbit and will be crashing into Earth in the coming week during a White House Press briefing. The rocket will most likely crash in the ocean, but it is possibly it will hit land and is currently moving too fast to get an accurate read on where it will re-enter the atmosphere.
