Two explosions outside Kabul airport Thursday morning killed four U.S. Marines, an unnamed U.S. official told the Wall Street Journal, in what Politico reports was an ISIS suicide bomb attack, while a Taliban official told Reuters that 13 people were killed, including children, and Afghan health officials told the New York Times the death toll topped 30.
