In House floor remarks attacking a new report from the National Archives on structural racism in its workplace, Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) called out Gwen Berry, the athlete who recently turned away while standing on the podium during the playing of the national anthem and draped a T-shirt bearing the words, «activist athlete» over her head, for participating in the «bashing of our country.»
