Judge Rejects Mistrial Request For Ahmaud Arbery’s Killers Over Presence Of Civil Rights Figures (Forbes Breaking News)

The Georgia state judge presiding over the murder trial for three men accused of chasing down and killing Ahmaud Arbery rejected a defense request for a mistrial on Monday, after one of the defense attorneys that argued that the presence of prominent civil rights figures in the public courtroom makes for an unfair “atmosphere.”
