Marie Knights discusses the key traits that make graduating students successful in their careers during a recession at TEDxUWASalon: Revival.

Ms Knights graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Economics in 2004 and has previously worked for the university as a Marketing Officer. Now, she is a Relationship Manager at CPA Australia where she manages key stakeholder relationships, leads Australian resources sector engagement, and manages 30 CPA Student Ambassadors. She has studied what makes graduates successful in kickstarting their career in past recessions and shares her expertise with this graduating cohort. Marie Knights is a UWA alumna who graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and she has previously worked with the university as a Marketing and Communications Officer supporting the Faculty of Law.

Currently, Ms Knights is the Relationship Manager at CPA Australia and has worked there for four years now. In this role, she manages key stakeholder relationships, leads Australian resources sector engagement, and manages 30 CPA Student Ambassadors.

At TEDxUWASalon: Revival (Virtual), Marie will share insights as to how graduating students can prepare for the changes that a recession can have on the job market.
