Major Gaurav Arya is a veteran, who served 7 years in the Indian army. He has served in the Kumaon regiment, one of the most decorated regiments. He currently hosts the show Patriot on Republic TV, where he continues to pay his service to the army by giving viewers a glimpse into the lives of those in the Indian army. Being a strategic affairs expert, a poet and an eloquent public
speaker, he is also a frequent guest and panellist on Republic TV’s The Debate with Arnab Goswami. On the panel discussions and debates, he lends his views
on service to one’s nation and a multitude of other topics relevant to the national interest. Major Gaurav Arya (Retd), the popular host of Republic Tvs PATRIOT and a
recent guest speaker at the British Parliament, served in the Indian Army for 7 years
and retired as a major. Arya is also a frequent guest and panellist of Republic Tv’s ‘The
Debate with Arnab Goswami.’
