Dr. Francine Toliver Edwards is an Organizational Development Consultant and an Associate Professor at Delaware State University (DSU). Her distinguished career has included experience in the television industry, most notably with the Black Entertainment Television network, as well as the public affairs arena, in which she represented the D.C. Department of Health and NASA. In her current role at DSU, Dr. Edwards teaches courses on writing, public relations, and organizational management. She has many professional affiliations, and her television documentary work has received the NAACP Image Award.
