In one of the UK’s largest NHS sleep clinics, Dr Anderson listens to every kind of bedtime story – the sleepy, the sleepless, things that go bump in the night and those out of sync with the rest of the world. When sleep deteriorates, mood, memory and metabolism suffer. Stabilising sleep is vital for those with severe mental health problems.
